∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hiring team member and provide proper training to team members.
∎ Managing the sales of network hardware, FTTH & computer hardware products.
∎ Reporting to head of sales with each day visit report preparing.
∎ Weekly pipeline preparing, presentation ready to management level at any time.
∎ Regular market visit area wise, maintain strong relationship with the corporate/individual clients, channel partners and ensure effective sales number from prospective lead.
∎ Ensure team sales target achievement monthly, quarterly, with necessary planning and execution of planning to meet the target along with team members.
∎ Responsible for effective sales lead development, and ensure adequate contribution of sales from the market.
∎ Ensure sales activities, field/market base campaign management and bring the result considering achievement in terms of number.
∎ Pre-sales preparation, sales presentation, negotiation of sales contract, conversion of prospects to customers and sales service to be providing by the customer service department.
∎ Collect correct lead from channel partners and keep follow-up for sales.
∎ Manage the team, get result out of it and mainly motivated team to work in field effectively to get sales.
∎ Need to work with tender/RFQ, big project completion and client requirements analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 to 5+ years practical job experiences in Hardware, Network & FTTH products/ Internet service providers/computer hardware sales.
