Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, targeting key market segments, corporate clients, events, and leisure travelers.
∎ Identify new revenue streams and opportunities for business expansion while maintaining a strong focus on the existing client base.
∎ Plan, implement, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, attract guests, and drive reservations.
∎ Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to optimize online visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
∎ Drive targeted email marketing and direct marketing campaigns to engage potential and existing guests.
∎ Collaborate with teams to produce engaging content, including digital assets, social media posts, videos, and print materials.
∎ Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the sales team, monitoring progress and providing guidance to achieve goals.
∎ Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective sales techniques, negotiation, and relationship building.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and consumer behavior to make informed pricing and promotional decisions.
∎ Work closely with operations and housekeeping teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences, aligning marketing efforts with the overall guest journey.
∎ Participate in industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to enhance the resort's reputation and industry presence.
∎ Oversee the resort's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
∎ Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).
∎ Implement and manage CRM systems to track guest interactions, preferences, and history, enabling personalized marketing strategies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Proven managerial experience in sales and marketing roles from Hospitality Management or Resort/Hotel Management background.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ In-depth knowledge of strategic sales and marketing principles, including digital marketing trends.
∎ Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Creative thinking and ability to develop unique and effective marketing campaigns.
∎ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
∎ Familiarity with sustainability and eco-friendly practices in the hospitality industry is a plus.
∎ Flexibility to travel as needed for industry events, client meetings, and promotional activities.
