∎ Masters in Marketing from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute launching plan, marketing brief, brand strategies, packaging design, layout, launching of new campaign for assigned brands
∎ Analyze, develop and execute strategic marketing plan, pricing model to optimize profitability
∎ Prepare brand plan, annual marketing plan with budgets
∎ Plan, design and implement promotional campaigns and other marketing activities
∎ Guide the team in achieving marketing objectives and maintaining strong professional liaison with the customers
∎ Coordinate with Sales Division to determine strategies and plans linked with distribution, promotional materials and other associated activities
∎ Assist Business Head to grow business and achieving departmental objectives

Additional Requirements:
∎ MBA in Marketing, preferably from leading public or reputed private university
∎ Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing Fishery, Meat, FMCG etc.
∎ Strong Planning & Development Skills
∎ Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in both English and Bengali
∎ Excellent presentation and analytical skills.
∎ Advanced skills in business applications (MS Office Suite)
