∎ A renowned Luxury resort in Bangladesh. Its Located in Baherkuchi, Ichapura Road, Sirajdikhan, Munshiganj with the largest swimming pool in Bangladesh. Just 50 minutes drive away from the Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Resort business
∎ Work as Team Leader and motivate team members
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Organizing sales team, monitoring & controlling
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals / businessmen / Corporate clients
∎ To hire, select & train up the team member to create better sales personnel(s)
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team building spirit.
∎ Responsible for managing all the sales related processes.
∎ Make & expand the relationship with existing & new prospective clients and Follow up regularly.
∎ Ability to manage multiple function & BEO sheet.
∎ Experience at NICE hotel management software.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years

∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English, both written and oral
∎ Experience at NICE Hotel management software
