• Age 30 to 50 years

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales goals with broader business objectives

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance benchmarks

• Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews

• Acquire deep knowledge of the company`s fiber-optic cable and battery products and services, including technical specifications and usage.

• Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and optimize performance

• Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management

• Manage sales budgets and resource allocation efficiently

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals

• Oversee CRM usage and ensure accurate data entry and pipeline tracking

• Streamline sales processes for efficiency and scalability

• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support sales initiatives
