* Design, develop, and supervise electrical and electronic systems for lithium-ion battery manufacturing and assembly projects.

* Monitor battery pack design, BMS (Battery Management System), wiring, protection circuits, and testing procedures.

* Ensure proper installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machinery, automation systems, and production equipment.

* Analyze battery performance, charging/discharging systems, thermal management, and energy efficiency.

* Prepare technical drawings, electrical layouts, PLC control systems, and engineering documentation.

* Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues in production lines.

* Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and technical teams for equipment setup and project execution.

* Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control policies, and environmental regulations related to lithium-ion batteries.

* Support R&D activities for new battery technologies, product improvement, and process optimization.

* Monitor project timelines, technical progress, and reporting to management.

* Perform testing, calibration, and validation of battery cells, modules, and packs.

* Maintain proper documentation for maintenance schedules, inspections, and operational procedures.

* Assist in automation and smart manufacturing integration for battery production systems.

* Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and procurement departments.

* Ensure uninterrupted operation of electrical and automation systems within the project facility.
