The leading Manufacturer & Distributor of 500TMT grade deformed & square bar in the country, we looking for " Marketing Manager`` for its Factory at South Bansbaria, Sitakunda, Chattogram.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Brand Promotional Work;
∎ Create and execute our marketing strategy;
∎ Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns;
∎ Deploying of both operational and strategic campaigns;
∎ Market survey/ Market research with extensively field visit & find out potential clients;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with customers;;
∎ Candidates must have experience about Steel & Re-rolling mills / MS rod & bar;
∎ Proficient in English & Bengali language;
∎ Positive professional attitude &self motivated;
∎ Good computer literacy specially in MS Office;
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill,
∎ Passion for innovation & creativity,
∎ Strong analytical and communication ability,
∎ Team work & commitment,
∎ Ensure customers queries, problem & issues;
∎ Ability to handle stress and pressure,
∎ Develop new clients/ dealer.
∎ Promoting the Company's product to the market and ensuring the sales team meets their monthly targets/ goals.
∎ To ensure consistent and sustainable sales collection (according to monthly target) by Senior Manager (Sales & marketing) from the assign sales area and also from the sales team of the company.
∎ Formulating marketing plan, market research for effective implementation to achieve goals and meet up sales targets by successful managing the sales team.
∎ Frequently moves to different division of the country and emphasizing on sales & Sales collection, previous due collections and driven the marketing team accordingly strategic plan.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with dealers and customers and meet their requirement efficiently.
∎ Identify potential market opportunities across the country and find the key dealers and expanded business according company's business plan.
∎ Build strategic relationships with related agencies and vendors.
∎ Measure and report on the performance of field marketing team (DSM, ASM & SR) and asses against their sales targets.
∎ Prepare all sorts of contents which are needed to execute marketing plan. Collect and research relevant company's marketing policies/ procedures as per management requirements.
∎ Consistently generates new ideas strategies, technologies, practices etc that are being followed and becoming trends across the relevant industries.
∎ Prepared proposals and price quotations.
∎ Co-ordinate with sales team and logistic to ensure timely delivery item to the dealer point.
∎ Any other duties assign by the top management.
