Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Leading and motivating the sales team to meet individual and collective goals.
∎ Monitoring sales performance and implementing corrective measures as needed.
∎ Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
∎ Overseeing the negotiation and closing of sales contracts.
∎ Developing comprehensive marketing plans to promote properties and services.
∎ Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
∎ Creating and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
∎ Collaborating with advertising agencies and media partners to optimize marketing efforts.
∎ Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjusting strategies accordingly.
∎ Identifying potential land acquisition opportunities aligned with the company's objectives.
∎ Conducting feasibility studies and due diligence to assess the suitability of land parcels for development.
∎ Negotiating land purchase agreements with landowners, developers, and government agencies.
∎ Coordinating with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with zoning laws, permits, and environmental regulations.
∎ Managing land inventory and tracking market trends to inform future acquisition decisions.
∎ Overall, the manager of sales, marketing, and land procurement will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and expanding the company's land portfolio.
