∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
∎ Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of goals.
∎ Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
∎ Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly.
∎ Participate in industry trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote company products.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.
