Job Context:
This position is responsible for developing and managing high-performing sales teams, strengthening channel partnerships, and implementing demand generation initiatives to achieve revenue targets and sustainable business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement measures to grow the primary and secondary sales and direct your team on the improvement of productivity and revenue growth.
Create and implement sales channel activation and expansion plans for the territory's dealers and distributors.
Carry out effective and detailed distribution mapping to maintain efficient coverage, adequate reach and a growing customer base.
Train, guide and supervise your sales team to meet product lifting daily, weekly and monthly sales goals across all product categories.
Ensure that all sales goals are met, collections are done on time, and all remain within the parameters of the annual business plan to maintain profitable growth.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing to provide and refine the sales strategy through effective market analysis and ongoing monitoring.
Ensure that channel partners receive and maintain business credibility with consistent, compelling value propositions.
Lead demand generation and the implementation of the consumer engagement and trade marketing plans.
Lead the implementation of demand generation strategies and supervise the effective execution of consumer engagement as well as trade marketing initiatives.
Team development: inspire team members to assume responsibility and ownership of the business's growth, profitability, and market share.
Observe the team's market and customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction, dealers requirements for smooth sales operations.
Consistently submit well-thought-out reports addressing market and development opportunities that include recommendations aimed at driving sales growth.
