∎ BBA & MBA in Marketing
∎ Master Degree in any Discipline
∎ Educational qualification may be considered for the real experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and conduct all Sales & Marketing activities and strategies properly and magnificently.
∎ Marketing channel development for new product by Partnership Manufacture
∎ Interact with stake holders and collect updated sales information.
∎ Visit partner company, potential wholesaler & retailers for Sales & marketing purpose.
∎ Analyze market channel of sales & make list of potential sales zone by area & location basis market inelegancy.
∎ Develop and maintain sales data as per the demand of the company.
∎ Collect information about competitors and market conditions and update the management regularly.
∎ Formulate policy of advertising and other promotional activities.
∎ Prepare the annual budget including advertising, printing, and agency fees, etc.
∎ Collect list of wholesaler & retailer for regular sales monitoring and prepare real-time monthly sales database.
∎ Demand & supply ratio analysis for understand the stability of the supply & sales.
∎ Conduct and keep a record of the manpower planning for the office for sales activities.
∎ Maximize sales and provide a foundation for future growth of Sales
∎ Develop strategic sales plan and Digital Marketing to increase sales volume
∎ Prepare sales report and stock report by daily and monthly
∎ Conduct promotional activity & advertisement regularly.
∎ Follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods
∎ Maintain good communication with partner organization and collect production, Wholesale & retail supply information
∎ Formation of a department.
∎ Close Co-Ordination with other department such as Factory and Partners
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s) in Consumer Products, Food and Agricultural product marketing and market development.
∎ Must have experience in business management as coordinator.
∎ Must have knowledge in Computer & internet browsing.
∎ Good knowledge about Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint
∎ Good writing & speaking skill in English and Bengali
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
