∎ MBA in Business Administration / BBA /Masters / M. Com in Marketing From any Reputed public & Private University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates must have the practical experience on Internet Service Provider related equipment & promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
∎ Preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, tracking report, Sales report, backlog report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis and met the departmental target and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
∎ Achieve sales target short periodic, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly target set by the management and prepare customer lists and determines appropriate reporting frequency.
∎ Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
∎ Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, for sales growth by maintaining smooth coordination with distributors, dealers and customers and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
∎ Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, Managing, monitoring, supervising sales forces & performance, lead, guide and sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved within specific time, and with efficient credit management.
∎ Conceptualize and propose different policies for sales team and distributors to help achieve Business growth.
∎ Responsible for increasing business opportunities through various channels and also need to develop new business in line with the revenue & sales.
∎ Develop and update SOP for the Marketing department with the guidance of the management.
∎ Produce relevant MIS that reflect Sales performance, GAP analysis and Improvement plan.

∎ Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service and creative thinking skills.
∎ The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good team player and capable to do multiple tasks together.
