Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Business Administration / BBA /Masters / Supply Chain Management / M. Com in Marketing From any Reputed public & Private University.
∎ Educational requirements will be considered for the "Proven work experience as a New Business Developer".
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 15 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, business trends, customers, partnerships, products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets.
∎ Exploring self-proposed & management proposed business idea and do market study to understand the feasibility.
∎ Preparing detailed business plans.
∎ Identify and understand the client's business needs and objectives to develop the business plans.
∎ Review and analyze potential threats underlying the base of the business and make appropriate plans for resolve.
∎ To Develop and implement the business plan with a strategic marketing plan and ability to initiate Business plan which cover relevant goals and objectives.
∎ Create and develop a clear business strategy to achieve daily/monthly/yearly goals and effectively delegate to the objective.
∎ Requires an accomplished leader and strategic thinker with a strong background in process improvement and ability to deliver significant business result.
∎ Build up excellent business relationships with traders & users.
∎ Prepare Annual Business Budget & Met the departmental target.
∎ Knowledge of sales management, purchasing, marketing, strategic management and business planning.
∎ Have to ensure the deadline of breakeven point and return on investment.
∎ Have to ensure the newly kicked-off business and new development.
∎ Requires a minimum 7 to 15 years business development or process redesign experience
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Demonstrable leadership skill, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service and creative thinking skills ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
∎ Skills Required: Logistics, Business Administration, Management or equivalent, Business Development, Business Operation, Client Relationship Management, Decision making, High level of passion, Team management & Must have Commercial or Supply Chain Knowledge.
