Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead a sales & marketing team.
∎ To set and achieve monthly, half-yearly and yearly individual as well as collective sales target and ensure sustainable growth of market share.
∎ To oversee corporate sales, dealer sales, stock monitoring, & preparing all kinds of supporting documents.
∎ To take all measures to identify and create potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ To maintain effective relationship with existing dealers, develop new dealers and meet dealers sales target.
∎ To ensure that dealers meet their profit objectives and comply with company rules and regulations.
∎ To assess, validate and justify partners’/dealers’ needs on an on-going basis and coordinate the allocation of resources and supports accordingly.
∎ To prepare and administer effective branding, marketing and sales budget (in line with the sales Target).
∎ To ensure strong presence, visibility & confidence in presenting company products.
∎ To preparing report for management e.g. sales report, sales Forecast, target setup, market analysis etc.
∎ To monitor competitors activities and take actions in response. Collect and provide authentic market information and market demand to the management.
∎ To mentor and guide the team to achieve organization’s goal and facilitate skills development trainings for building an effective field force.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Corporate Sales and Marketing, Distributor Sales and Retail sales in the Artificial Leather industry is a plus.
