Educational Requirements:
∎ Business Graduate (preferably BBA /MBA) from reputed public/ private university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving the team agreed business & achievement of sustainable trade value & volume.
∎ Creating new avenues, establishing, maintaining dealers & others customers. Generating sales volume from the existing and creating new customers.
∎ Critical situation handling and tactical strategy implementation to close deals with prospects. Should have willingness to build long career on sales.
∎ Employees must upgrade themselves with technical understanding of products in a continuous way.
∎ Dealer management.
∎ Organizing sales visits
∎ Knowledge on computer literacy (office management & internet operation). Vibrant & out going in character.
∎ Demonstrating and presenting products Establishing new business
∎ Negotiating contracts and packages
∎ Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets. Reviewing sales performance
∎ Maintaining accurate records
∎ Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years In Multinational company
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Sales, Marketing, Public Relation, Relationship Management
∎ Strong persuading and interpersonal skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Paint
∎ Computer Literate ( MS office and internet)
∎ Analytical and Reporting Skills.
