• At least 5 years in Real Estate product sale.

• Capable to lead a strong team.

• Proven experience as a successful real estate agent.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate and inspire team members.

• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.

• Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and procedures.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented.

• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, effectively communicating their value propositions to potential customers.

• Research prospects and generate leads to promote and sell the company’s products.

• Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients.

• Negotiate contracts with clients to secure agreements.

• Take the challenge to meet personal sales targets and support other team members in achieving their sales goals.

• Organize and execute sales-related campaigns and promotional programs.
