Educational Requirements:
∎ Bsc. In Textile Engineering /Master of Business Administration (Major in Marketing).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manager (Sales & Marketing) will be responsible for assisting in Sales in all aspects of Sales activities, maximize business opportunities as well as promote the company image through positive publicity & constructive public relations.
∎ Need to have the ability to analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts.
∎ Must be capable to export yarns in different countries.
∎ Must be capable to achieve company's sales target.
∎ Achieving individual employee's sales targets as approved by the management.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Responsible for regular following-up clients and maintain their records in the computer.
∎ Ensure sales activities by implementation of daily/weekly/quarterly/monthly action plan and evaluate with top management.
∎ Gathering information about the current market scenario/ analysis and update time to time.
∎ Ensure and maintaining proper records keeping of all sales activities.
∎ To participate any other activities when required as part of core sales term.

Additional Requirements:

∎ Having at least 5-7 years experience on yarn marketing in local & International/ Export marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Yarn
∎ Strong background and technical knowledge in sales & marketing.
∎ Good Verbal and Oral communication in English.
∎ Strong leadership abilities, good communication & strong analytical skills and multi-tasking ability.
∎ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.

Salary: Negotiable
