∎ MBA or Masters from any recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate, Plan and implement a distinctive business plan to achieve Group Sales target and company's long-term sustainability.
∎ Lead a team, guide & coach them according to sales policy. Provide marketing related information to customers and follow up.
∎ To maintain and developing relations with existing customers via committed services, calls and information services.
∎ To keep constant contact with different companies regarding company's product/services and regular business update.
∎ Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions, quality of service, and customer satisfaction.
∎ Contribute Group marketing, Sales information and contribution to strategic plan and execute the plan successfully.
∎ The incumbent should be self-motivated and fulfill the company's goal of Group business and long term business plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area(s): Sales- Group Life, Health and Relationship.
∎ Strong communication & negotiation skills, self-motivated and fulfill the company's strategic goal.
∎ Life Insurance Group Sales and Distribution experienced in reputed Life Insurance companies.
∎ Strong commercial acumen and able to work in a high-pressure environment with frequent outside area visit.
∎ Hard Headed leadership skills to effectively manage, lead and motivate a diverse team.
