Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement robust sales strategies to drive business growth in automation, fintech, and surveillance verticals.
∎ Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and establish long-term customer relationships.
∎ Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients; understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
∎ Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and organizational sales targets.
∎ Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine strategies and stay ahead in the industry.
∎ Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track performance, analyze metrics, and report progress to senior management on a regular basis.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with technical, service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
∎ Representation: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and business development meetings, both locally and internationally.
