Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, RFP responses, and tender documents in collaboration with pre-sales and finance teams.

Responsibilities & Context: Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Head of Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management (Government/BFSI/Telecom/Large enterprise)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for a wide range of IT hardware and software products.
- Develop account plans and growth strategies for each client.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Solution Selling
- Work closely with technical teams and solution architects to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Present product capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Vendor & Product Alignment
- Collaborate with OEMs (e.g., Oracle, Cisco, Dell, Palo-Alto Networks, HP, Microsoft, Fortinet, etc.) to understand offerings, pricing, and incentives.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and product developments from key vendors.
