∎ Experience in sales and marketing of compressor and boiler sales is highly encouraged.
∎ Candidate should have an excellent understanding and up-to-date knowledge of compressor and boiler sales.
∎ Ability to take on new challenges.
∎ Frequent field visits to collect market information on concern products.
∎ Must be a good team player.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English with a strong sense of responsibility.
∎ Have a valid motorcycle driving license.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for achieving the sales target (periodic and annual) of the Company.
∎ Create a team of driven professionals in the sales division.
∎ Discover and implement customer account sales plans, overseeing all proposal activities from generating inquiries to finalizing/processing orders.
∎ Discover new clients to maximize revenue.
∎ Motivate and guide the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
∎ Ensure proper after-sales service for all corporate customers.
∎ Arrange training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of team members.
∎ Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
