Educational Requirements:

• Four-year degree in engineering, business, or marketing preferred or equivalent work experience.

• Educational qualification is flexible for highly experienced candidates.

• Candidates having experience in the compressor and boiler industry are preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial level.

Job Requirements:

• Age: 32 to 40 years.

• Only males are allowed to apply.

• Experience in sales and marketing of compressor and boiler sales is highly encouraged.

• Candidate should have an excellent understanding and up-to-date knowledge of compressor and boiler sales.

• Ability to take on new challenges.

• Frequent field visits to collect market information on concern products.

• Must be a good team player.

• Excellent communication skills in English with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Have a valid motorcycle driving license.

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Responsible for achieving the sales target (periodic and annual) of the Company.

• Create a team of driven professionals in the sales division.

• Discover and implement customer account sales plans, overseeing all proposal activities from generating inquiries to finalizing/processing orders.

• Discover new clients to maximize revenue.

• Motivate and guide the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.

• Ensure proper after-sales service for all corporate customers.

• Arrange training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of team members.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
