Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
∎ Identify and target key market segments including corporate clients, event planners, leisure travelers, and new revenue streams.
∎ Create, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns digital and offline to drive brand awareness, engagement, and reservations.
∎ Set clear sales goals and KPIs, monitor performance, and report on progress with actionable insights.
∎ Research and anticipate market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to refine strategies.
∎ Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to meet and exceed targets.
∎ Oversee sales processes, pipeline management, and quota achievement.
∎ Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and housekeeping to ensure aligned and guest-centric service delivery.
∎ Organize monthly/quarterly plans and monitor execution with continuous performance feedback.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
∎ Engage guests through personalized communication based on preferences and past interactions.
∎ Drive direct marketing and email campaigns to foster guest loyalty and repeat visits.
∎ Manage the resort’s online presence including website, OTAs, and all social media platforms.
∎ Oversee the creation of engaging content (visual and written) to support promotional activities.
∎ Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance visibility and brand positioning.
∎ Prepare, manage, and optimize the sales and marketing budget ensuring cost-effectiveness and high return on investment (ROI).
∎ Utilize analytics tools to track marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
∎ MBA in Marketing or Hospitality Management.
∎ At least 8-10 years proven managerial experience in sales and marketing roles within the hospitality or travel industry.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including digital marketing trends.
∎ Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Creative thinking and ability to develop unique and effective marketing campaigns.
∎ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
∎ Familiarity with sustainability and eco-friendly practices in the hospitality industry is a plus.
∎ Flexibility to travel as needed for industry events, client meetings, and promotional activities.

∎ The MCCHS Ltd. is looking for qualified candidates with proven experience in the hotel and hospitality management industry, who will be responsible for sales, marketing, and operational activities for Neer Resort and Restaurant, Shantir Neer, and Neer Theme Park Project. This dynamic position demands overseeing the sales, marketing, reservation and promotional activities for the resort and restaurant, creating innovative strategies to attract and retain guests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
