Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop innovative and sustainable architectural concepts aligned with project goals and company objectives.
∎ Create detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
∎ Lead and manage architectural projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
∎ Refine and evolve designs across all project stages, considering function, aesthetics, space utilization, and user experience.
∎ Collaborate with design teams, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and project success.
∎ Effectively communicate design concepts and specifications through presentations, meetings, and documentation.
∎ Ensure compliance with local building codes, the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), zoning laws, and accessibility standards.
∎ Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant regulatory authorities.
∎ Research and recommend appropriate materials, specifications, finishes, and construction methods in line with design intent, budget, and sustainability.
∎ Manage project budgets, including cost tracking and financial reporting.
∎ Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with architectural plans.
∎ Integrate sustainable design practices to improve energy performance and environmental impact.
∎ Prepare architectural documentation, including detailed drawings, technical specifications, and project progress reports.

∎ Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling tools.
∎ A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and technical skills.
∎ Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain concepts to both clients and team members.
