Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Meeting potential customers interested in buying Flats.
∎ Support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers.
∎ Making appointments and showing buyers around a property.
∎ Screening buyers in a position to proceed with the purchase.
∎ Determining clients needs and abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Ability to take on challenges to achieve the sales target.
∎ In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues.
