∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building Construction, Civil Construction works, Construction Estimation, Site Management
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a qualified and experienced Project Engineer/Site engineer for our residential construction project in Uttara. The job duty station will be in Uttara. The candidate will be responsible to look after the assigned work as per the approved drawing and work schedule and maintaining the quality of construction work.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to interpret drawings and implement those at the site accordingly.
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition
∎ Supervise surveying building layout.
∎ Supervise all rebar works and formwork before pouring concrete, as per the drawing, etc, and other construction works.
∎ Maintain site observation and monitoring books.
∎ Able to guide subcontractors with the daily work programs.
∎ Able to supervise the finishing works as per standard and quality.
∎ Check & confirm safety & security during site work.
∎ Maintain & control sequential site work regularly.
∎ Check the quality of materials & workmanship during site work.
∎ Supervise all project activities and control the wastage of materials.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to ensure Project engineering schedule.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong leadership skills.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Internet surfing, E-mail, etc
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure independently.
