Responsibilities & Context:
- Field Monitoring & Sales Analysis daily)
- Monitor daily sales coverage and productive calls of field forces.
- Monitor and analyse daily primary and secondary sales data
- Manage product damage or return settlement process in line with company policy.
- Calculate AM-wise TA/DA, deduct DA for under working SOs, and prepare for cross-checking
- Prepare TA/DA lists and check bills for ASMs and RSMs, supported with tracking reports.
- Maintain up-to-date records of field forces and distributors.
- Maintain open lines of communication with distributors and sales teams to ensure clarity and support.
- Manage relevant groups to facilitate field coordination and timely communication.
- Provide detailed primary and secondary sales reports in the prescribed format to management.
- Offer support as per any special instructions or tasks assigned by management.
- Field related sim monitoring & tracking daily
