∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ MBA (Marketing) from Reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set sales target.
∎ Planning, monitoring, controlling sales force.
∎ Strictly control sales force routine, frequently visit field force and dealer points.
∎ Increase company sales to desired level with reasonably accepted overhead expenses.
∎ Plan and devise effective trade marketing and other promotional campaigns.
∎ Any other task assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 experience in FMCG (Confectionery)
∎ The incumbent having similar role in Multinational Companies abroad or FMCG Companies abroad will be given preference.
∎ Must have practical extensive experience and proven track record of leading large sales force group and increasing sales substantially.
∎ The incumbent must be willing to work hard with fitness to work for long hours.
∎ Foreigners can also apply.

Salary: Tk. 100000 - 120000 (Monthly)
