Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in any discipline
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Accounts will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
B2B Sales, retail Sales, Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have huge knowledge about garments Accessories for sales.
∎ Prepare Monthly Summarized sales report.
∎ Prepare Monthly Order Wise Sales Report mentioning Customer Name, Individual Order no., amount of goods sold.
∎ Prepare Monthly delivered statement against which we can't obtain up due to lapses or expiry of UD.
∎ Prepare Monthly credit sales statement mentioning credit permission No., Customer name, individual order No., Marketing person name, Amount of goods realized.
∎ Prepare Weekly credit sales statement mentioning credit permission no., Customer name, Individual order no., Marketing person name, Amount of goods which is not realized within 30 days after taking permission.
∎ Update pending order status report and report should be submitted weekly.
∎ Update pending particulars of Commodity report and report should be submitted weekly.
∎ Prepare Weekly document closing statement mentioning Customer Name, L/C No., Marketing person name, Invoice Amount.
∎ You should lead the sales Monitoring Team properly.
∎ Permission credit delivery.
∎ To audit customer ledger most of the time.
∎ To solve any problem regarding sales.
∎ Follow up to get delivery challan with signature.
∎ Communicate with monitoring people regarding credit delivery.
∎ Follow up to get UD.
∎ Checking over Invoice bill properly.
∎ Pursue to marketing people to adjust outstanding.
∎ To assist everybody.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in English & Bangla (Writing & Communicating).
∎ Must have Sound knowledge in computer literacy, especially MS Office, Internet & other communicative operation Applications.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
∎ Should be long term planner and must be gentle.
Salary: Negotiable
