Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work in relating to RJSC / CCI & E office, BIDA.
∎ Work in relating to Company shares.
∎ Represent the company in legal proceedings as well as maintaining liaison with concern advocate. Government & semi-government bodies for relating to RJSC.
∎ Compliance to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
∎ To deal with RJSC related work documents as per direction of the management.
∎ Should have clear knowledge about Company Laws.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 (Five) years at Managerial position/ Secretariat work.
∎ Practical experience in any large scale industries.
∎ Good computer knowledge.
∎ Strong communication and skill in English is essential.

Salary: Negotiable
