∎ The selected incumbent will be involved with rice sales of Sajeeb Group under Hashem Rice Mills Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure bulk sales of rice in the local market
∎ Achieve the monthly sales target through the comprehensive drive
∎ Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the development and growth of the market for Sajeeb Rice
∎ Analyse and monitor own as well as competitor market and sales activities
∎ Direct & supervise the field sales force to ensure the achievement of monthly/ quarterly /yearly sales target
∎ Ensure appropriate implementation of sales strategy to drive top-line growth for existing as well as new market.
