Retail Store, Super store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining all activities of the business like operation, management, administration, inventory, sales.
∎ Managing all activities relating to the business trade licensing, taxation, VAT and registration matters.
∎ Reporting to owner on expenditure and cash flows relating to the business.
∎ Supporting the owner in establishing the businesses policies relating Human Resources, Administration and Operations.
∎ Maintaining the inventory, and managing the procurement of product and relationship with the suppliers.
∎ Managing the social media and website as per instructions of the owner.
∎ Managing the relation with suppliers and customers.
∎ Supporting the process of product imaging and enhancement.
∎ Managing product listing and optimize contents for visibility and sales in store and online.
∎ Supporting the process of hiring additional staff.
∎ Doing any other task as assigned by the owner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary includes travel allowance.

∎ There is opportunity for performance bonus once the business grows and a possibility of overtime allowance.
