Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and oversee the entire restaurant and convention center.
∎ Ensure superior services and guest satisfaction.
∎ Plan new and update existing menus.
∎ Respond efficiently to customers questions and complaints.
∎ Organize and supervise and lead subordinates.
∎ Estimate consumption, forecast requirements maintain inventory and manage restaurant supplies.
∎ Control costs and minimize waste.
∎ Coordinate with accounts dept. & purchase dept. and cooperate the management & executive Chef. in menu pricing decision.
∎ Implement innovate strategies to improve productivity and sales.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 35 to 50 years.
∎ Strong leadership, motivational and Managing skills
∎ Smart and strong command in English language.
∎ Business Development Management.
∎ Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Power point and Internet browsing, etc).
∎ Excellent client relationship and creative services.
∎ Proven working experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager.
∎ Proven customer service experience as a manager
