Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or equivalent in Development Studies / Statistics / Social Science /Agriculture / Public Health/Anthropology / Political Science / Disaster Management / Economics / Agricultural Economics and relevant subjects from any recognized University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop program and research proposal.
∎ Maintain and establish network with donor and research agency/ institution.
∎ Updates and improves M&E instrumentation tools to track project performance
∎ Supervise data processing of different M&E activities and analyze data for M&E related activities.
∎ Supports the documentation of project achievements.
∎ Extend support to prepare periodical progress reports for the project in due consultation with the project management.
∎ Suggest strategies to the Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks
∎ Produces information to share lessons learned and for advocacy purposes
∎ Leads development of and provides oversight to all research related activities.
∎ Attend various internal and external meetings regarding different topics or issues and respond to questions and inquiries from various individuals, groups and organizations.
∎ Ensure timely completion of various programme activities in line with the operating plan
∎ Conduct field visit and identify problems of field operations and find the way of solution by following up, monitoring & supporting supervision
∎ Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all project activities to the ED
∎ Coordinate with relevant Government's office, NGOs and others stakeholders at different levels e.g. national, divisional and district level
∎ Follow up the progress of programme implementation and provide necessary guidance to ensure quality of work
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5 years working experience in Water Supply & Sanitation Sector, having experience in research, program, development.
∎ Experience in the development and implementation of research, monitoring and evaluation policies, systems, and tools
∎ Experience in data collection, statistical analysis, quantitative and qualitative research, and dissemination of results.
∎ Experience in designing survey and research tools and developing performance monitoring plans.
∎ Well-developed skills in planning, prioritizing and project management.
∎ Excellent presentation, facilitation and writing skill both in Bangla & English
∎ Strong Analytical and Report-writing skills.
∎ Adequate computer skills on MS word, Excel, Power Point and other software application
∎ Excellent networking, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Willingness to travel to, and work in, remote areas.
∎ Good knowledge on Water and Sanitation issues and Hygiene practices
∎ Leadership and Team work skills
∎ Experience on liaison with Govt. / NGO stakeholders
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and in response to changing needs.

Salary: Tk. 70000 (Monthly)
