Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive growth roadmaps by identifying untapped local/international business opportunities and expanding research services in evolving markets.
∎ Project & Client Management: Oversee end-to-end project execution while serving as primary contact for key clients and stakeholders to ensure deliverables exceed expectations.
∎ Business Development: Drive revenue growth through development of winning proposals/pitches and production of thought leadership content across diverse domains.
∎ Team Development: Mentor high-performing research teams by optimizing workflows with advanced tools (STATA/R, data analytics) and fostering methodological innovation.
∎ Operational Excellence: Ensure departmental efficiency through budget/resource management, quality control, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational goals.
∎ Education: MBA from IBA, DU or Master’s in Economics, Statistics, or related fields from reputed Public/Private Universities.
∎ Experience: 8 - 10 years in research/consultancy/INGO/Donor Agencies (JICA, including 3+ years in leadership.
∎ Expertise in value chain analysis, pricing strategies, and policy research.
∎ Proficiency in STATA/R, Excel, and data visualization tools.
∎ Proven ability to manage complex projects and diverse stakeholders.
