∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed institute/ University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Knit garments, QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality Control Management, Quality Inspection
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and improve Quality Assurance System through continual improvement of SOPs, work instructions, forms, checklists and guidelines.
∎ Supervise and check inline quality & quantity as per production order/job bag instructions.
∎ Ensure quality and conformity of products according to buyer requirements
∎ Ensure on time Delivery and production
∎ Recommend and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence of deviations and follow up accordingly.
∎ Oversee the day to day functions with members of QA, PD, Merchandising, Planning and Design & Development department to ensure buyer compliance.
∎ Conduct team meetings and take initiatives for development & coaching of staffs to meet highest quality standard.
∎ Claim Management of the valued buyer in case of any non-conforming RMG.
∎ Controls and update the production status of running orders
∎ Making sure all quality requirements are being followed in production.
∎ Take initiative to reduce garments defects through root causes analyzing and solve the quality problem with making action plan
∎ Utilize previous experiences in conducting in line and final inspection
∎ Coordinate with production, IE, Merchandising, Finishing & other related departments.
∎ To ensure on time shipment as per buyers quality level.
∎ Ensure all Quality Assurance staffs are trained on any new procedure / requirement as advised by the customers.
∎ To ensure all the garments are produces in RIGHT QUALITY & DELIVERED on time.
∎ Coordinate with buyer representative in inspection & audit matters
∎ To ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ hould have strong communication skill (both written and spoken) in English.
∎ Good Interpersonal skills.
∎ Fast acting for Problem Solving.
∎ Strong people management skill-fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team.
∎ Sincerity and Responsibility.
