∎ We seek an experienced individual for the role of Manager Quality (Garment Division)
∎ Nannu Apparels Limited, a subsidiary of Nannu Group, is a 100% export-oriented knit composite initiative. It is a sister concern of prominent companies such as Nannu Spinning Mills Limited (Yarn Production: 92 ton/day), Nannu Textiles Mills Limited (Fabric Production: 153 million meter/year), Bexi Fabrics, etc. We are searching for ambitious, talented, and seasoned individuals to establish this project to be one of the best in the country.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle the quality concern independently for all quality control activities including quality control, quality assurance, Audit, In-process inspection, in line inspection, Traffic light system, skip bundle,7pcs system, 7S, Lot pass audit, DHU, RFT, Root cause analysis, preventive & corrective action to make the system more effective and sustainable.
∎ Responsible for monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards based on customers requirement throughout the factory manufacturing process and examine products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications.
∎ Undertake challenges and be equipped with necessary drive based on KPI, motivation and hunger to make a mark in the garment industry.
∎ Handle with the critical operation, quality points, and explain to the Quality team.
∎ Uphold and enhance product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance, and Technical support.
∎ Examine the first bundle with the factory team as per buyer standard SOP and correct line to proceed bulk.
∎ Coordination, facilitation and management of tasks within team and organization.
∎ Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product
∎ Collaborate with other departments of management to develop the product, SOP, and training methods.
∎ Highly flexible and adaptive to establish new methodology and changing new priorities.
∎ Take necessary action instantly or inform the authority If any discrepancies happen in the working place.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with the respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 8 years of related experience out of which min. 1-2 years in similar role from any large RMG Industry
∎ Well-groomed, smart and energetic problem solving and result oriented
∎ Strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Work in innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines
∎ Strong knowledge in quality systems and all kinds of Technical Audit.
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office, IT proficiency - skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, ERP, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English
