∎ Experience Requirements: Minimum 08 years with proven track record (At least 2 years in similar role)
∎ Professional Requirements: The candidate should be technically sound in woven garments manufacturing process and quality formation. Should have sound knowledge of quality control/assurance and relevant to RMG sector in Bangladesh. Should have the ability to work with a big team and manufacturing process. Must be capable to handle quality team independently in tremendous pressure. Able to work under stress with long working hours. Should have integrity and personal credibility, ability to think strategically and use sound judgment. Evaluation and ensuring proper internal quality control system for the factories, Establish acceptable working tolerances in relation to all values on the specification. Make regularly visit to the Factory/Project as per plan. Strong people management and communication skills. Must have skills in examining and establishing proper quality procedures. This position requires excellent verbal communication skills. Good understanding of core business aspects. Complete ideas about woven products. He must have ideas about effective communication for accessories, making liaison with Merchandising Team about production, undertakes all formalities about quality control and factory production management.
