Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): QUALITY ASSURANCE
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for quality assurance and shipments as per allocated target without failing.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for supervise quality team.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for improving AQL Level in the factory.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for resolving quality related issue in production (cutting to finishing).
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for preparing quality related report for management (MIS).
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for handling quality related audit, and technical audit.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring quality as per buyer requirement.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for all in-line comment-passing on the subordinates and following up to ensure corrective action taken to avoid last moment re-checks.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for visiting all sections regularly to ensure QA procedures are functioning properly and maintaining quality standards as per given guideline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Five years' experience in managerial position is mandatory.
