∎ At least 2 years experience as Senior Executive/Assistant Manager in the Pharmaceutical Factory
∎
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ For PD :
∎ Lead a team of professionals in Department.
∎ Perform initial Product Technical feasibility study.
∎ Perform activity in New and existing product development.
∎ Coordination for new source development of Raw & Packaging Material.
∎ Facilitate continual training and development of the department.
∎ Troubleshooting manufacturing problems related to formula and process.
∎ Review of specifications and test procedure of material and product during development
∎ Review of dossier for international market.
∎ Review of Drug Master File.
∎ Review of stability test report.
∎ Please make sure that the product quality review system is set up.
∎ Review of manufacturing process and documents of existing and new products.
∎ Validate activity and facilitate technology transfer to production.
∎ Evaluate proper feedback of Product complaints.
∎ Identify and evaluate the product offering of competitors, to identify gaps, or opportunities to ‘do things better’.
∎ For QC/QA:
∎ Implement all quality functions of the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant
∎ Prepare and revise quality documents, including Site Master File, Quality Policy, Quality manual, Validation Policy & Documents, Validation Master Plan, Calibration master plan, Training manual, SOPs etc.
∎ Provide guidance, interpretation, support, training, and input on the interpretation and implementation of regulatory guidelines, company procedures, and policies
∎ To monitor the calibration process of monitoring and measuring equipment, calibration schedule, and relevant documentation
∎ Coordination and execution of BMR and BPR approval & issue of BMR and BPR for production
∎ Coordinate and execute all the validation, qualification, and technology transfer activities
∎ To check and monitor that DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ of facilities, equipment, and utilities are performed and documented as per regulatory requirements
∎ Oversee the nonconforming product, market complaint, product recall, change control, deviation procedure, release, rejection, annual product quality review (APQR) vendor qualification, and corrective and preventive actions
∎ Co-ordination with other departments to enhance and implement the company's Quality Management System.
