Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepared Section Wise Quality Defect percentage report.
∎ Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits.
∎ If any discrepancies happen then it needs to be informed to Head of Quality Dept. to get action.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality Head.
∎ Co-ordinate with Management on any requirement that can't be met.
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to Head of Quality Dept.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.
∎ Responsible for Pre-production meeting & Risk Analysis.
∎ Arrange PP meeting with buyer QC and do necessary task of PP meeting.
∎ Follow up buyer sample requirement, ensure sample quality and deliver in right time.
∎ Doing section wise quality inspection to keep garments defect in the control.
∎ Ensure end product quality before buyer final quality inspection.
∎ Work with the buyer in QC in final inspection.
∎ Implement buyer quality manual in factory quality management system.
∎ Properly follow-up PP comments.
∎ Responsible for handling/supporting quality related customer complaints, product recall activities.
∎ Control and ensure quality of each production step as per customers' requirements from Sampling to Bulk.
∎ To maintain all discipline and compliance issues.
∎ Should have capability to lead Section wise quality staff.
∎ Analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving Quality problems.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned & when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years experience in the same position.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Should have knowledge Knitting Jacquard Machine.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
