∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Packaging Industry, Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize & direct production to achieve business target.
∎ Prepare & execute long term and short term production plan.
∎ Organize raw materials and resources needed for smooth production.
∎ Look after production team, assign duties & monitor their performance.
∎ Develop recipe as per requirement of buyers and make sample.
∎ Ensure that goods are ready for on time delivery.
∎ Prepare various reports as per management requirement.
∎ Maintain high standard of compliance in the facility.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Must have minimum 10-12 years of practical work experience in production of automated carton box manufacturing factory.
∎ Proficiency in Spoken and Written English.
∎ Expertise in MS-Office, Presentation etc.

Salary: Negotiable
