• Monitor manpower on each line and take necessary action on a daily basis.

• Set daily production targets according to order requirements and planning.

• Check attendance of line manpower and identify shortages.

• Collect line-wise planning regarding styles and processes.

• Arrange cutting goods and inserts for production in line with the plan.

• Motivate and supervise subordinates to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Follow up on goods as per country allocation and shipment schedule.

• Ensure and monitor size-wise cutting quantity and provide goods to the wash department.

• Ensure size set preparation, sending, and receiving in coordination with the wash department.

• Follow up on sewing goods and coordinate with the finishing section.

• Monitor and address compliance-related issues.

• Ensure proper implementation of 5S on the line and floor.

• Prepare and follow up on hourly production reports.

• Ensure thread consumption aligns with production orders, buyer requirements, and style specifications.

• Develop and implement layout plans based on style and process.

• Create awareness among workers regarding company rules and regulations.

• Promote awareness among workers to produce quality goods and avoid alterations.

• Maintain good relationships and cooperation with other departments.

• Ensure line balancing to improve production efficiency.

• Manage line manpower effectively and cover operational shortages as needed.

• Adjust layouts to accommodate new orders and styles in emergencies.

• Simplify critical processes with the support of the work-study department to ensure smooth production.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
