The Manager - Production Operation (Used lubricant oil processing) is responsible for overall operational management of used lubricant oil processing, re-refining, and blending activities. The role ensures safe, efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally compliant production while maintaining product quality, equipment reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations of used oil collection, processing, re-refining, and blending units.

• Ensure uninterrupted production as per approved production plans and targets.

• Optimize process parameters to maximize output, quality, and energy efficiency.

• Coordinate between processing, re-refining, blending, storage, and dispat

• Monitor re-refining processes such as dehydration, distillation, vacuum distillation, hydro treating, clay treatment, or other applicable technologies.

• Oversee lubricant blending operations in compliance with approved formulations and specifications.

• Ensure finished products meet internal quality standards and customer specifications.

• Implement and maintain SOPs, batch records, and process documentation.

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, waste management rules, and pollution control norms.

• Coordinate with QA/QC for testing of raw materials, intermediate, and finished products.

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, fire safety, and emergency response plans.

• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilities.

• Control operational costs including utilities, chemicals, manpower, and consumables.

• Ensure proper manpower planning and shift management.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and performance reports.

• Work on lay out plan and others all designs of blending plant and installation of all blending machineries, all kinds of lubricating Oil blending & production, all electrical & Mechanical Equipment Maintenance and servicing with civil working.

• Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Collection, filtration, dehydration, distillation, and blending processes.

• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of machinery such as separators, reactors, heaters, centrifuges, and blending units.
