Job Responsibilities:
∎ work with Buyers on all product developments, costing, order negotiations, and Placements.
∎ Work with Directors to analyze the yearly business plans and strategic framework.
∎ Work closely with the Design Teams to involve in bring Innovations and Sustainable Products to table.
∎ End to end responsibility in the process of business development, Order execution.
∎ Provide ongoing trainings, development and constructive feedback to teams to ensure employee development and succession planning for driving high performance.
∎ Design Packs / Development Sample Process for relevant Season / Phases
∎ Feedback Follow up on each Season Customer Sign offs with narrow down Styles
∎ Source Fabrics / Trims and innovation Developments Follow-ups.
∎ Price negotiation and Costing Finalization with Customers
∎ Order placement and delivery Confirmation
∎ Capacity Allocations and Production Follow-ups.
∎ Shipment Process & Customer Communications.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
