Plan, organize, and supervise all printing operations to ensure smooth production flow
Ensure quality standards are maintained as per buyer and company requirements
Monitor daily production targets and take corrective action to meet deadlines
Enforce workplace discipline, safety rules, and compliance standards
Handle administrative duties including manpower planning, attendance, and performance monitoring
