Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or higher
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 08 years with proven track record (At least 02 years in managerial role)
∎ Applicants should have experiences in planning/IE segment at WOVEN factory (especially bottom) with solid experiences on production line/layout planning. Must have the capacity for planning almost 50++ production lines independently. Should have clear concept for the Australian & European fashion market and style. Adapt industrial engineering in every possible area for maximum productivity by ensuring optimum utilization of resource. Plan and execute the upcoming order by managing capacity. Sound knowledge on woven garments machineries with sufficient knowledge on modern planning tools and software operation or calculation. Apply statistical IE methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process. Make sure the easiest process in each production step. Prepare a strategical production plan according line layout. Monitoring and evaluate the daily production report. S/He should work with all related section to solve planning related issues. Able to make/suggest chart corrections based on the fits or customer comments. Should be a team player and involve right from product development stage to work on product analysis and suggest suitable precautions for smooth execution of bulk orders. Comprehensive Knowledge of garment consumption and quality standards. An understanding of manufacturing processes on Textile properties / Testing / Washing. Very strong interest in fashion and clothing with creative ideas. Should ensure that the manufacturing process is efficient and cost-effective. S/He must be a good team player. Good time management in making instant decisions related to fits, with accurate eye for details. Must have experiences on measuring floor/operational platform. Must be fluent in English and should be able to communicate with buyers online, using the latest technology.
