∎ At least 8 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 08 years with proven track record (At least 02 years in managerial role)
∎ Applicants should have proper experiences in washing plant's planning segment with large-scale plant management capacity. Must have solid experiences on plant machineries and output/capacity management and dry process. Should have technically sound for washing chemical and dry process and must have proper knowledge for woven garments and dry process nature. Applicant should be fluent enough in English as s/he have to work with foreign management daily basis. Must be an experienced candidate for handling European/Australian buyers' choice and should have proven track record with similar level plants and management. Have to work with Woven unit's planning team under same premises and should have technical knowledge for coordination and process management. Sound knowledge on modern planning tools and software operation or calculation. Apply statistical IE/planning methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process. Make sure the easiest process in each production step. Prepare a strategical production plan according layout. Monitoring and evaluate the daily production report. S/He should work with all related section to solve planning related issues. Should be a team player and involve right from product development stage to work on product analysis and suggest suitable precautions for smooth execution of bulk orders. Comprehensive Knowledge of garment consumption and quality standards. An understanding of manufacturing processes on Textile properties / Testing / Washing. Should have interest in fashion and clothing RnD. Must have experiences on measuring floor/operational platform.
