• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Freight forwarding

• Negotiate rate with different airlines for making convenient of services and profitability of the company.

• Prepare all Airlines Sales Report fortnightly.

• Ensure proper space booking with different Airlines in consultation with Air Freight Department and coordinated with the Airlines about the rate and best possible service with comparison.

• Coordinate with Airport Operation and Airlines for cargo status, planning.

• Following up with Airport Operation shipment handover to airlines on time and AWB execution.

• Despatcher ex DAC follow-up. Transport Management System update Gateway part.

• Immediate response to the rate query which may arise from sales air freight department.

• e-Booking in airline system.

• Maintain Airlines MAWB stock.

• Transit shipment, split, delay and missing cases follow up.

• Various report preparation and achieve them for internal use.
