1. Degree in Textile Engineering, Physics or Mathematics from any reputed university.

• At least 8 years

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Knowledge & Experience in Fast React.

• Over 3 years experience in Managerial position.

• Excellent in MS Excel.

• Proven, analytical and organizational skills.

• Strong organizational skills including the ability to balance and independently manage workload that includes multiple concurrent priorities.

• Self-motivated, able to set and deliver to deadlines.       

• An enthusiastic and flexible approach: able to work closely and adaptively with the immediate team and collaboratively across the entire organization.

• Able to work flexibly in terms of hours and travel to company plant.

• Plan & Execute total 3 production units, 91 lines (2.7 Million pcs per month) using "Fast React" Planning tool.        

• Maintain $17 million FOB cash flow per month as a target from management.        

• Focus and Achieve 98.8% OTD.       

• Reach 100.6% order to ship as a whole group and factory highest as 102.6%.      

• Plan to maintain 98% cut to ship ratio.      

• Initiate, drove and achieved the record amount earning with the help of the management and production unit heads.     

• Analyze backlog, detect problems and raise alerts to the organization or respective team.

• Ensure the garment raw material delivery as planned.

• Look for continuous improvement to increase efficiency and earning along with the factory management and implement the agreed steps.
